The Employee Referral Program

The Employee Referral Program (ERP) is an opportunity for Employees to receive $1,000 (less super and tax) for encouraging candidates to apply for positions with our business.
The Scheme was introduced in 2007 and is working very well for us – in that a significant number of candidates are referrals!
